The HC and LS team was established in 2011 along with Match Point Consulting itself, and has cooperated with more than 200 pharmaceutical, medical institutions and group companies, which are divided into pharmaceutical, medical device/IVD precision treatment industry segments. Our personnel divides according to functional areas, including early stage of R&D, clinical operations, clinical medicine, registration application, production quality factory operation (small molecules, large molecules), marketing, big data healthcare, human resources/finance/legal affairs/IT functions and etc.. Our main clients are MNCs, large domestic pharmaceutical companies, well-known domestic biotech and big data healthcare companies, etc. In 2021, the total offer deal value of HC and LS team exceeded 60M CNY, with an average single offer charge amount of 90K CNY,  and with more than 700 open positions closed by us. In 2022, the total offer amount of HC and LS team exceeded 100M, with 70M billing amount, which means Match Point Consulting became a front-line executive search company in HC and LS industry  in China from then on.

In 2019 , Match Point Consulting strategically expanded into the automotive industry and established an automotive team. In 2020, we opened up the manufacturing industry, and our leaders with more than ten years of experience in executive search services. They are good at talent mapping and screening in the manufacturing industry. The high-tech team unveiled in 2015, relying on the platform of Match Point Consulting, serving clients including first-tier cutting-edge technology companies and quasi-first-tier high-tech companies, unicorn companies, quasi-unicorns and start-ups, and has accumulated rich clients and talent resources , becoming the core executive search supplier for many high-tech clients. Presently, the high-tech team has nearly 60 consultants, and the personnel is located in mainstream cities such as Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai.
