The New Hire Boot Camp is the first training program for new employees upon their arrival at our organization. During this phase, new hires mainly learn about the company's historical development, core values, and the basic knowledge and skills required for hunting talents. The Boot Camp accompanies new employees from their on boarding status to full-time employment status, covering training sessions in their first week, monthly training, and additional sessions in their second and third months of employment.
