1. 35-45 years old, bachelor degree or above in industrial and civil construction, real estate development or related majors;

2. More than 8 years of project management experience in real estate development enterprises, full project development and management experience, rich experience in project engineering and marketing;

3. Familiar with policies and requirements related to real estate development; familiar with the whole process of real estate project development, management and construction; have experience in hosting real estate projects independently;

4. Rich business negotiation skills, excellent communication and strain capacity, keen insight into and analysis of the real estate market, project screening ability and development coordination and organization ability;

5. Proficient in modern enterprise management, with excellent planning, control, communication and coordination skills and team leadership.

1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the project company, organizing the completion of the annual operation and management plan, and achieving the company's established business objectives;

2. Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of project construction process design, project schedule, project quality, cost and supervision unit;

3. In charge of the cost control of the development project, allocated project funds according to the project progress and workload, and participated in the final accounts of the completion of the project;

4. Participated in project marketing decisions, made project sales and payment collection plans according to the group's business objectives, and coordinated the implementation;

5. Responsible for external resource management between the project company and government departments, partners and customers, and building a harmonious project development environment.
