7. Organized and implemented regional tax planning programs; 

8. Supervised the payment of various taxes in the region and handled various tax matters; 

9. Supervised the internal and external statistical work of the region; 

10. Monitor the financial status of subsidiaries, supervise and guide the financial management of subsidiaries.
