1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture;

2. More than 5 years of professional work experience, including more than 3 years of ** design work experience, more than 3 years of the same position in the headquarters of large and medium-sized enterprises, front-line real estate design management experience is preferred;

3. Design experience in the whole process (planning, scheme, expansion, construction drawing, construction coordination) of two or more large comprehensive projects, with overall design experience in large park is preferred;

4. Familiar with the development process of real estate projects, have good market awareness, have unique views on product planning and positioning, have good innovative thinking and unique design concept;

5. Familiar with the design specifications and related design standards of each major, as well as the construction specifications and relevant policies and regulations;

6. Familiar with the preparation process of planning and national standards, and able to take charge and participate in the work of project general rules and regulations;

7. Excellent presentation and communication skills, and excellent team leadership;

8. Strong technical guidance, professional insight and aesthetic ability;

9. Proficient in using computer and corresponding office and drawing software;

10. Senior professional title or level 1 registered architect qualification is preferred.
