1. Education requirements: junior college or above;
2. Relevant knowledge: knowledge of commercial real estate and related industries of various investment categories;
3. Work experience: at least 5 years of marketing/operation/planning work in large or medium-sized department stores or real estate enterprises, with complete preparatory or operational project management experience.
1. Responsible for organizing and reviewing the annual investment attraction, operation, planning and monthly business plan of the project management department, and taking full responsibility for the implementation and results of the plan;
2. Responsible for the grasp and deployment of the overall work of division of labor;
3. Responsible for making work plans at all stages, and arranging all work of the department to be carried out in a planned way;
4. Responsible for controlling the operation status of each department in charge, reasonably allocating resources, coordinating the relationship between the department in charge and other units and departments, and ensuring the achievement of the annual target of project management;
5. Responsible for maintaining and developing external relations in various aspects, creating a good operating environment, and organizing and coordinating the business relations between subordinate units and relevant merchants, dealers and suppliers in the industry;
6. Responsible for the adjustment and optimization of problems arising from the implementation of the system, supplemented and improved the project business management system and process, and reported to the general manager office and the business management headquarters for approval/review.
