1. Rigid standard: the age is in 35 years old or so, except special outstanding outside control is in 40 years old or less, full-time unified recruit undergraduate course and above record of formal schooling (211 reach above priority);

2. Project experience: have the project general manager of a residential project with a volume of more than 200,000 square meters and the project operation experience of the whole process at the post level. The project operation experience of the old renovation project is preferred;

3. Soft requirements: good internal and external communication and coordination ability, mature and high-turnover project management and control ideas, and project management awareness;

4. Bonus points: candidates with well-known management training background are preferred.
