1. Established and mature team, capable of undertaking, undertaking and underwriting;

2. Rich business resources and strong business development ability, including but not limited to listed companies, large and medium-sized enterprises, local government platforms, Banks and intermediaries;

3. Team members have at least 3 years of experience in ABS and bond project contracting and undertaking, at least 2 complete asset securitization projects, strong project undertaking ability and strong business negotiation ability;

4. The team leader has 1-2 years of business team management experience, strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and good team spirit;

5. Tax planning experience, in-depth research and relevant experience in REITS are preferred;

6. CFA, CPA, lawyer and other relevant qualifications are preferred;

7. Master degree or above in finance, economics, law, accounting and other related majors.

1. Relying on the business team and project resources, to ensure the provision of high-quality asset securitization projects for the company and realize the revenue and profit;

2. Responsible for organizing the tracking and analysis of relevant policies and the research and development of corresponding asset innovation and product innovation, and developing business around the diversified financing needs of customers;

3. Responsible for project contracting, organizing and coordinating the participation of law firms and rating agencies to ensure the smooth implementation of the project;

4. Responsible for undertaking projects, organizing the planning, due diligence, material preparation, material application, project implementation and follow-up management of structural financing schemes such as asset securitization, innovative financing and financial consultants within the jurisdiction;

5. Responsible for the underwriting of projects, fully contacting with relevant institutions to ensure the sales of products.
