Through getting to know each other and communicating with each other, we have reached consensus in many aspects.

In the following discussion, the partners and experts focused on "how to recruit excellent consultants for headhunting companies" and "the PK between headhunting KA mode and PS mode", one of the most classic problems in the hunting industry. Everyone present expressed their opinions and had a pleasant discussion.

As for how headhunting companies recruit excellent consultants, VC Chen gong, an expert in hunting industry training and founder of ai-hunting consulting, proposed that excellent headhunting consultants have very weak liquidity, and their recruitment methods should focus on "attraction", with low success in active recruitment and mining. One chairman of a hunting enterprise who attended the meeting said that he would attach great importance to the consistency between the values of candidates and the company in the recruitment process, and follow the attitude of "willing to take the bait". The other two partners mentioned that the company mainly focuses on business and spends less time on recruitment due to the high cost of training new employees.

In the KA and PS mode PK battle of headhunting business, most of the participating partners said that the company was mainly based on KA mode. It has been mentioned that PS mode may be used in industries where many candidates gather together, such as the Internet, while KA mode is still used in other industries. Because PS mode focuses on candidates and candidates are dispersed, it is difficult for PS mode to be sustainable.
