From September 8th to September 9th, the "Starting from the Heart" workshop for senior managers of peer consulting headhunting was held in Liutong Hotel, Hangzhou. The "Starting from the Heart" workshop is a training for senior executive search managers focused on 2023 by Point Consulting. With the help of U-shaped theory, through the way of deep ice-breaking, to help students temper their heart, hone their inner strength, identify and analyze the current problems facing individuals and teams, and respond to these challenges with a positive attitude. At the same time, the workshop is committed to analyzing customers, clarifying the strategies and ideas of each team's BD customers and delivery positions, and once again agreeing on the closed-loop of goal-setting, process-chasing and results.
Day1
At the beginning of the training, the participants had a discussion about Huawei's case. Through the review of the ups and downs of Huawei and China Semiconductor over the years, we understand the practices and mentality of organizations and companies in the face of adversity and even despair, which is like a mirror, so that we can truly observe our own shortcomings. By studying several theories in the download phase, participants reflected on their positive and negative behavior over the past few months, were honest with themselves, and reached a consensus on how to adjust. On this basis, students choose to use the NLP- logical hierarchy theory, re-analyze the previous behavior from the mind, and really think about the idea, identity, values that they want to hold next, as well as the ability, behavior and environment based on this.
Day2
In the morning of the second day of the workshop, the senior managers met at the foot of the South High Mountain near the hotel to start the "warm-up" before the training. The autumn air is cool, everyone climbs the height and looks far away, and the spirit is also excited for it.
For enterprises, medium - and long-term strategic planning is very important. Among them, customer selection and value proposition is the most important. Under the guidance of Tim, head of the headhunting Department, the students had an in-depth discussion on the criteria of customer judgment. The delivery situation is sorted out from three dimensions: setting goals, following process and taking results. Through students' sharing and active discussion, a unified Checklist is formed.
